Services at Transform Therapy Co. PLLC are considered Out-of-Network services. We are able to provide clients with a "super bill" at the end of each month, that can be turned into insurance companies for "Out-of-Network" coverage (please check with your insurance policy to learn more about these benefits, in relation to your specific plan). If you are interested in receiving monthly super bills, please let your therapist know at any time throughout treatment.

45-50 Minute Individual Session: $130
45-50 Minute Family Session: $130
60 Minute Individual Session: $150
60 Minute Couples/Family Therapy Session: $150
